I have updated the workshop proposal to include Geoffrey's comments. I have 
also posted it to the PGS-RG website 
(http://www.psc.edu/~lfm/PSC/Grid/PGS-RG/). Please continue to comment via 
the mailing list.

Also, we could use some people on the workshop committee. And we still 
don't have any co-sponsors.
