I have to note that I did not prioritize requirements, because they can 
not be compared: there is no way to argue that e.g. a requirement of 
traceability is more or less important than that of using SOAP.

I also should say that I noticed no duplicates, at least no obvious ones.

And, the level of requirements varies really a lot, from extremely 
generic to extremely specific, which again prevents comparison.
