Hi team,

  the expected major outcome of this meeting is an agreed and well
formulated list of requirements that can be used to prepare and create
specifications.


The agenda will be fairly flexible since we will have the most of the time
discussions around the requirements in order to understand each other.

Nevertheless, I would like to provide an initial agenda with some
constraints (i.e. STRICT TIME) implied by external folks that would like to
join per phone for some specific slots:
