[Pgi-wg] Use case: GROMACS

Hi all,

sorry for being somewhat late - here's my attempt at a cross-Grid use 
case. I learned on Thursday that practically every production Grid 
infrastructure has GROMACS users, so I suppose it is a very good test 
for our group. And many thanks to Ivan for valuable input.
