[Pgi-wg] Bad formatting for the "GES strawman"

as we are having troubles reformatting the "GES strawman" document, I 
put a PDF version here:

At least this version is readable, so for the teleconference starting 
now please refer to the pdf. We will try to fix the Word version ASAP.
