[Pgi-wg] TELCON Numbers and Reminder: 4 pm CET TODAY:GESDiscussions

All,
More high level comments in advance of our telecom in ten minutes.

1) What staging protocols will be mandatory in your profile. For example, in
the HPC-BP-FSE the mandatory protocols were http, scp, and ftp. Presumably
you are going to add gridftp and srb? Has everyone looked at the HPC-BP-FSE?
2) Client versus resource (BES) staging seems to be a major issue. I believe
this is best handled by the "pre-running" state described in Moreno's
document and by a porttype on the activity to interact with it w.r.t.
staging.
3) What specific GLUE2 elements will be required
4) Optional JSDL is contrary to my understanding of JSDL (I could be wrong,
have not kept up with 2.0). If things are optional what does that mean? Does
that mean they should be used in selecting one resource versus another? If
so, what is the objective function?
