Folks,
You all may recall the history of OGSI and WSRF/WSN. Well here is the
final chapter in the saga. Anyone interested in this work (which
started life in GGF days) should take this opportunity to read and
comment. W3C is a completely open organization, so forward this notice
to anyone you know who might be interested.
