[ogsa-wg] Revised ISV Remote Computing Primer - Final Call

The public comment period for this document is over. Three comments were received:

1. Inaccurate information relating to gLite standards support.
--> This has been corrected.

2. Support for REST in job submission.
--> This document is a primer based upon existing specifications. None of the specifications considered have a REST like interface. This is therefore out of scope of this document.

3. Improving the DRMAA section (3.2)
--> Correction in 3.2 to the shared file system statement. In section 3.2.2 for the need for the DRMAA library being needed across the cluster is clarified. The role of DRMAA within higher level APIs such as SAGA is described.
