Folks,

Here's the URLs to the materials we'll be discussing on Thurs Jan 24 on 
the OGSA telecon (7am central / 8am eastern / 1pm UK / 2pm central 
europe).

Section 5 is in rought draft form and contains some proposed conclusions 
to open questions the authors have been discussing email.

The other URL contains the formal doc which has been updated per the Jan 
OGSA F2F in London.
