[ogsa-wg] Proposed agenda for April 23 call

All,
We have not had a chance to get out the new drafts beyond the first two.
I'd also like to add to the agenda for the first half a brief discussion of
the draft paper I sent out - is it what the group was looking for in terms
of content.
