[ogsa-wg] Proposed agenda for Sept. 21st call

Hi Hiro and all,

I'm sorry, but I cannot make this call.  

I told that I would work for the last issue, to search for and refer 
to some external documents for a list of recommended ciphersuites for
TLS/SSL connections by the GGF18,  I couldn't find a time for it.

Hopefully, I will work for it in the coming weekend and submit a draft
in next Monday.
