[ogsa-wg] Proposed agenda for April 10th call

Hi all,

Thank you very much for all of you who came to F2F meeting. We had very 
lively and productive meetings including CDDLM, HPC profile, Info Model,
naming, webcast and others.

ATTENTION: From April 10th and onward, weekly telecon day/time will
change as following;
- Monday:   6-8pm EDT, 5-7pm CDT, 3-6pm PDT, 11pm-1am UK, 7-9am JST
- Thursday: 9:30-10:30am EDT, 8:30-10:30am CDT, 6:30-8:30am PDT,
             2:30-4:30pm UK, 10:30pm-12:30am JST

Also, in order to improve the productivity, the following guideline
is agreed at the F2F meeting.

- Proposed agenda will be posted at least 48 hours in advance.
- Meeting materials will be posted either mailing list or gridForge
   at least 24 hours in advance by each topic owner.
- If enough materials do not become available 24 hour deadline,
   WG co-chairs have authority to cancel upcoming telecon. In such
   cases, co-chairs notify immediately.
