[ogsa-wg] Proposed agenda for Nov. 2nd call

Hi all,

Andrew asks to move "EPR/WS-name use policy in OGSA discussion" to
4:30pm or later. Thus I will make the following proposal at the
agenda bashing. If it does not work for you, please let me know.
