OGSA Next Step discussion (Re: [ogsa-wg] Proposed agenda for June 15th call)

Hi all,

Attached is very early work items draft for discussion. I think OGSA-WG
can make at most 2 or 3 work items in addition to already committed
tasks by the end of this year.
