         Byte-IO WG ask to move their session to be early in the week and
         early in the day, i.e. Monday or Tuesday morning.

3) Canonicalization proposal review (20 min)
         > - R0429: Tom to do canonicalization proposal. Then decide
         >          whether to keep this compliance statement in the spec
         >          or not.

4) OGSA WSRF BP 1.0 security session review (60 min)
         >  - Section 8: Review postponed for next call since Frank is
         >               still revising this section.

         Frank and Takuya will send out revised security section before
         the call.
