2) OGSA version 1.0 and Glossary (semi-)final review

Review the documents in preparation for re-submission to the GGF Editor. The
review is limited to issues raised in the public comments and subsequent
revisions to address them. (No post-v1 discussion.) We will not go through
the documents in detail; please review them in advance.

Note: There are still a few open issues with the latest drafts. If these
issues are addressed and final drafts are ready we will do a final review.
