[ogsa-wg] Report on UK Interop Meeting

Andrew and I thought that a number of people might be interested in the
status of the UK BES interoperability meeting.  As of 10:30 AM UK time, we
have two separate BES implementations.  One written by Uva using WSRF.NET,
the other written by Imperial College using GridSAM.  The interoperability
chart for the meeting is this:
