Enric,
You should ask this question of the OASIS WSRF TC.  That being said, I
believe you will find the answer is that there is no standardized
mechanism for 'instance registries'.  You certainly could use a
ServiceGroup to provide this capability.  This is precisely what the one
of the
proposals to the DMTF WS-CIM WG dictates.  That would be another place
to ask the question.
