3) Provisioning discussion (20 min)
         CDDLM-WG and sub group of EMS team had joint call on Aug. 3.
         They wrote up the following agenda for F2F

> B) (1:45-3:15) Defining architectural relationship (This is really
> related to the pictures we discussed above, Fig 5 in the OGSA arch & Fig
