[ogsa-rss-wg] Schemas

Hi everyone!

I've just uploaded to GridForge what I believe to be a set of schemas
that match the draft-4 specification. The URL is 
http://forge.gridforum.org/sf/docman/do/viewDocument/projects.ogsa-rss-wg/docman.root.current_drafts/doc14604 
and I welcome any feedback. Note that the references to the schema files
are probably not portable; I was offline when I wrote them and had to
give URLs that resolved so that the schema authoring tool was happy.
