[ogsa-naming-wg] public comment for RNS is now complete

Hi all,

Attached is a document that reflects discussion in today's GFS-WG session.  Major change is "update" operation instead of "move" operation.  This change is inspired by the last comment from Davey.  RNS entry is now enough simple.  There is no big difference from changing entry_name and changing entry_reference.

Also, I would like to ask about the second comment from Davey.  From earlier discussion, {any}* is suggested not to be the last component in 'add' request message due to a possible parser error.  This means the entry_reference component should be the last and not be optional.

Any comment are welcome.
