[ogsa-naming-wg] Reminder

All,

Recall that a new version of the proposed specification was placed on
gridforge in May. We will close out the trackers (most of which have been
discussed and resolved) and present the final draft at the OGSA F2F next
week in Chicago on Tuesday afternoon. Please, if you have an intention to
comment - read the document before then.
