Provide stable reference to WS-Naming draft (was Re: [ogsa-naming-wg] Prep for next week)

I'd like to refer to the WS-Naming document in OGSA 1.5 and require a 
stable URL to a relatively clean draft. Could you please set up a stable 
location for this draft at something along the lines of
