[ogsa-naming-wg] One more attempt at date/time

Hi Andrew,

I can make any of these three days. However, since OGSA-WG agreed to
have next naming-discussion in the evening of December 7, I prefer
to have ogsa-naming-wg call at 10am Dec. 7.
