[ogsa-naming-wg] Updated draft document

I review it and have a few minor comments:

1) I was expecting the introduction to contain more detailed information 
about the purpose of the specification, expanding upon the abstract.  
Currently it covers the rational behind creating a profile using 
ws-addressing, which is important too.   Perhaps some text from the 
original white paper might help?  I'd be happy to send in a suggested 
addition to the intro, if warranted.

nit-noids:
2) section 2 - replace URI with IRI, and "Uniform" with "Internationalized".
3) Figure 1 is currently a Heading style which messes up the table of 
contents.
