There is also an ad-hoc bof on this topic scheduled for Monday afternoon 
(3:30pm). We split it up into two sessions with the bof setting the 
stage for the wg session where hopefully we can start working on what a 
spec might look like.

If anyone wants to show something at the bof please contact Philipp 
Wieder, Steve McGough or me.
