The Microsoft HPC Basic Profile implementation is available for testing - https://hpc.msftlabs.com/HPCProfileInterop/JobSubmission.svc . This has been updated to the published specs. A typical job is described below.

This uses username and password to identify the connecting client. You will need a username and password for this. Please contact me directly for this.
