Actually, I misspoke.  I forgot that your client was an Axis client.  The
Axis fault is from your client software (hence why Axis and not .NET), but
you are definitely, according to the SOAP, talking to the .NET
implementation.  Off the top of my head, just quickly browsing your SOAP to
determine that it was the .NET implementation, I see that you are using the
wrong WS-Addressing version for the interop festival.  I don't know if that
is "THE" problem you are having, but it is "A" problem.
