[ogsa-hpcp-wg] Create Job 2

I believe the idea is to get a separate job instance (and thus EPR) to do
queries on (and see if the service can handle multiple independent
activites) ... doesn't really matter whether the job does the same thing or
not. 

Sometimes I just change the name of the output files.
