[ogsa-hpcp-wg] Problems with other clients talking to the GenesisII endpoint

Mark,

Unfortunately it doesn't look like I'll have time to fix the WS-Addressing problems I was having. We 
tried a big hack to get it working, but it screwed up other things. If I have time today I'll give 
it another go, but I don't want anybody to get their hopes up.
