[ogsa-hpcp-wg] Problems talking with Globus, GridSAM, CROWN, and CREAM endpoints

Ok, I was able to find open ports and a web server on TeraGrid. Check the wiki for my new service 
address, JSDL document, and output URL. Sorry this took so long.
