[ogsa-hpcp-wg] The sample JSDL of UVA .net implementation is invalid

Hi all,

         I have a test on the interop with other services, and found that
the sample JSDL by the UVA .net implementation is not a valid JSDL file.

The sample JSDL document has an extra <ActivityDocument> element as it's
root element. In fact a JSDL document won't contain this element.
