Hi Mario, apologies also - as Gerson suggests we've been a bit
distracted and lost track. Confess that we've not yet moved material to
the DMI wiki, but will aim to ASAP.

FYI: I'm heading up to UK next Monday for the IDCC/AHM/IEEE meetings.
