[ogsa-dmi-wg] New issue found in Specification

Folks,

I found a new issue in the Specification regarding the  
"stayAliveTime". The spec does not define a unit - did we mean  
seconds? Minutes? Or Days?

Added an issue to the tracker sheet which is attached in version 2.
