I've cleaned up the text in the version Ravi sent to me following on from the call. I see the following outstanding issues:
* References
* Should an Enumeration element be used for the DMI State in 5.1.2.1 instead of a string?
* Removal of XML and updating it to a different document

I think it is nearly there and we should think about what else (if anything) needs to be done before making a final group call.
