[ogsa-dmi-wg] Third party transfers with HTTP

Hi all,

I didn't want to derail the phone conversation, but there's a guy within the 
UK GridPP project (Andrew McNab) who has a mechanism (and software) for doing 
3rd party replicatation with HTTP.

The details are available from the following link, page 8 onward.  He uses 
http for the bulk transfer and https for the delegation and control parts, 
but in principle all transfers can be http or https.
