[ogsa-dmi-wg] DMI-Common spec - structural draft

Hi All,

Apologies for not being able to do this when I had originally planned 
earlier this month, but you can find a structural draft for the 
DMI-Common specification here:

It's based on the latest OGF template and is just a placeholder for 
content at the moment, with a few section headings. 
Comments/suggestions/corrections very welcome!
