[ogsa-dmi-wg] updated bulk copy generalisations pres

Hi folks, 
Following the recommendations from the skype conf yesterday, I have
updated the 'Bulk Data Copy - Generalisations' presentation. I added
some stuff about reporting the state of each sub-copy within the
<dmi:State>/<dmi:Detail> element.
