Hi,
    For the record here is some input from Shahbaz who warned me he 
would not be able to make the telcon:

- WSRF document is still under progress. ( I will resume it later this
   week as I am without my workstation)
- Strawman has not been prepared due to project proposals. I will
   coordinate this with David to kick start.
