Outstanding actions:

[Michel] Refactor XML Schema and WSDL to have a common core and then
          use these to come up wih WS-I and WSRF renderings.

[Ravi]   Add the retries content to the spec.

[Ravi]   Concretise and add the aggregation content to the spec.

Can change the above agenda on the call as required.
