[ogsa-dmi-wg] Gridforge

I am having a terrible luck trying to download the latest version of  
dmi spec from the gforge. The connection to forge.ogf.org times out on  
me and I cannot figure out why it is happening. I would appreciate it  
if one of you could send me the draft.

I will meanwhile raise an issue with ogf folks.
