Michel,
        Some comments and correcions :) ... sorry - force of habit .. 
can't resist. There are a couple of ambiguities but it on the whole it 
demonstrates that things can be done using DMI. My one concern is that 
although how the DEPRs are created is out of scope for DMI I feel that 
DMI has to specify what a DEPR is and what can go in it in order to 
operate to use the DMI framework - I guess that's what part of the 
spec is there for. The more issue to be resolved is the one that 
Steven has brought up - is there any advantage in embedding the DMI 
information inside the EPR as opposed to using additional DMI 
information in the SOAP header/body? If there is no clear advantage
to either which method should we opt for - I get the impression that 
you advocate DMI info inside the EPR while Steven would prefer it 
outside. Anyone else got any views on this?
