[ogsa-dmi-wg] Aggregation Proposal

Hi all,

I think the text is okay. I would like it to stress out a bit further
that
a) it's the DEPR minter's responsibility to model the transfer
protocol dependent URLs accordingly, and
b) that the abstract DEPR modelling of composite/aggregated data
transfers finds its realisation in the concrete data transfer URL to
be used for moving the data.

Cheers,
Michel
