All,

thanks for your answers; apologies for me not sending my preferences.

However, the submitted preferences so far seem to favour Wednesdays.
I am fine with that, too, given that we start at 5:00 pm UTC due to
other conference calls on my side (JSDL mainly). This should fit nearly
all our participants except the far eastern colleagues (e.g. Japan). As
we so far have very little Japanese participants, I would propose to
schedule exceptional phone conferences at more convenient Japanese times.

To confirm, I would like to propose the following standing appointment
for our phone calls:

	Weekly on Wednesdays at 5:00 pm UTC

Please tell me whether you are fine with these proposals. If so, I will
send out regular phone conference invitations. Fujitsu is happy to host
the phone conferences.
