The next teleconference of the OGSA Data WG will be at the usual time
GMT, but as the USA has moved to daylight savings time, the USA times
will be different:  Friday 16th March at 9:00am Pacific / 12:00am
Eastern / 4:00pm UK / 5:00pm Europe. 

I attach the minutes of the 9th March, which are also on GridForge.  We
have now addressed all the comments in the Architecture document and
remaining work is covered by actions or tracker artefacts.
