As you know from Dave's note below, we will have a face to face in Sunnyvale on August 18. Current thoughts are to use this session for an overview of the current state of the architecture document (in some sense educational for the general OGSA WG) followed by discussions of transfer and/or security (depending on who is at the F2F).

Could you please let us know if you will, or will not, be at the F2F? This will help us plan an agenda that leverages the interests and skills of those attending.

If you have other agenda suggestions, please pass those along. I want to make the F2F a working meeting so I would like to limit ourselves to 1-2 topics in order to allow sufficient time for in depth discussions.

  Thanks.

  Allen

  All,

An OGSA Data F2F is currently scheduled for the afternoon of Thursday
August 18th, in Sunnyvale, California. This is part of a week of
OGSA-related sessions - see the attached [lan for the full timetable.

  Best wishes,

  Dave.

  minutes - 13 July 2005)

  Hi all,

The attached is what we've agreed on the call today.
We've put "OGSA-naming" into Wednesday morning and one of OGSA-WG
session into Thursday morning. Since several folks will catch noon
flights we will start 8am on Thursday and Friday.

In order to balance duration of morning and afternoon sessions,
Monday - Wednesday sessions are 9am-12:30pm and 1:30-5pm (3.5 hours
  each).

  Thanks,
  ----
