[ogsa-d-wg] OGSA Data Presentation at OGSA F2F

I promised on a previous call that I would try and scope the proposed 
working group on a data movement service and in the process provide some 
input on the architecture.  I have attached my first very rough cut at 
this.

I am not good at pictures, but PPT seemed easier, so the figure is in 
the PPT and the text in Word.
