[OGSA-BES-WG] [ogsa-hpcp-wg] Revised version of BES draftspecification

I've removed the operations on the Activity interface since this should be handled by WSRF or
WS-Transfer operations. There is also a GetActivityStatuses operation on the factory port type, so
basic interop is still possible. I added a FactoryReference attribute that points to the factory
that created it. I created the Activity schema and fixed the Activity WSDL.
I release the pen.
