[ogsa-bes-wg] Another Q about the BES document

I think that you can ignore these questions for now, as I was foolishly 
working on the "v16" document from GridForge, rather than the "v13" 
document circulated by Andrew G. on the list, which seems to be a later 
version despite the lower version number.
