[OGSA-AUTHZ] OGF25 updates for the documents from public comment (today: 17.30 in Donatello )

For discussion this afternoon are the updates to the following documents.
Please review the comments and status of the docs (now uploaded to
GridForge) before drawing conclusions. The document description contains
the status summary and caveats.

There are four pending documents:
